A Letter From The Co-Founder
Farewell
When I met Sylvia seven years ago, the Dreamcatcher was still in its early days and was a quaint refuge for travelers. We saw potential for the Dreamcatcher to become much more than just a guest house. And in the last seven years, we co-created a special sanctuary for ourselves, our family, our friends and our guests — a community that holds beauty and memories of the people who stay and work there.
We have weathered quite a few storms throughout our journey, from Hurricane Maria to Covid-19, but the Dreamcatcher persevered — a testament to the beautiful community we created. Our latest milestone sees us saying goodbye to my partner Sylvia as she moves on to new adventures, and I thank her for her years of partnership, her love and her dedication to helping me co-create this beautiful place.
Meanwhile, my journey with the Dreamcatcher continues. I am honored to lead the community and to expand on the original mission that Sylvia and I dreamed of years ago.

New Beginnings
2021 brings new and exciting projects that I want to share with you. Together with my partner Roy,
we have a total of four new projects in the making.
01
A luxe Rainforest Getaway in El Yunque,
Puerto Rico’s National Rainforest
02
The trippy 70’s inspired ‘Mood Haus’
03
A lofty retro-industrial residence in the heart of San Juan’s art & food district
Lastly, we are bringing our beloved project ‘Dreamers Welcome’ to San Juan as an urban sanctuary,
only a few steps from the Dreamcatcher.
Sunny Days Ahead
With all that being said, the beaches in Puerto Rico will officially reopen this Friday, January 8.
